Water is a pure creation element of life and flow. Without the substance we would not exist. The 70% of our planet that is water, has been on a journey for over 2 billion years. Moving around the earth in a cycle. All the water here today is all the water that was here then. In other words you could be sipping on the same precious water containing molecules that our ancestors drank. Even species that no longer are here with us.
Growing up I did not drink very much water at all. Like a glass a month only if offered to be polite. This caused me all kinds of health side effects. My body was attempting to give me signs that I needed to drink more water by way of these side effects. Some of these side effects included constant exhaustion, fainting spells, confusion, skin irritation and dehydration. These were bothersome defiantly but I just didn’t have a taste for water at all because tap water was all that was available and I just couldn’t get over the taste. When I started to indulge in herbal medicine that I became a fan of purified bottled water.
Who doesn’t love an eye pleasing well marketed bottle of water? It wasn’t until I got pregnant that I started to chug enough water to quench my constant thirst. After all creating a new human life make you very thirsty! I chose to breastfeed and so I began to research the best water for milk production. Spring water was the water for making more milk flow but I found that spring water is really very good for all of due to the natural mineral content, pure purification through the natural rocks that the ground water wells its way through. Spring water may be accessed by a well, and it can be treated or not. In all cases, spring water is collected when it flows or arrives to the surface. Bottled spring water is required to be tested and filtered for any sediment to meet EPA standards. I prefer bottled spring water for my drinking water as a personal preference but you may find you prefer another drinking water. Spring water is also sometimes called artisan water.
Individually we must decide what water is preferred for our own unique pallet. If you would like to investigate this topic further I invite you to read this article for loads of helpful information on water types.
Now let’s dive into another water topic: ingesting alkaline water. Why is it important to drink mainly alkaline water? There are many reasons why you should but let’s talk about a few that resonate with me. When trying to detoxify fluoride from our body, drinking alkaline water can help exponentially! At a pH of 5.5, your kidney’s discharge 5% of the fluoride in your system. At a pH of 7.6, your kidneys discharge 65% of the fluoride in your bloodstream. Drinking alkaline water can greatly improve your chances of reaching your weight goals. Think of it like this if you are putting the wrong gas in your vehicle for 10 years and then switch to the right fuel for your vehicle you will notice improvements on the functionality of that vehicle. Putting PH balanced water into your body works the same way. The water in our body/ in our blood is alkaline so ingesting the closest thing to that will all around help improve reaching homeostasis. Another one is bone health! Studies have shown that drinking alkaline water reduces two markers of bone loss. Another bonus of alkaline water is that when mixed with vitamin C it triples its effects!
Another remarkable thing about water is that it actually has memory! There are some fascinating studies out there that I urge you to explore the global healing center is one of the ones I first came across. How we treat water directly affects how the water responds. Weather it’s by intentions, music, words, gems, reiki and especially even pollutants we affect the vibration of our water with our vibrations. We can purify and heal our water with many different tools.
Water is natures only flowing art that is fluid, gas and a solid. A master piece awaiting an admirer. I love looking into the soul of the sea wondering what treasures await in the depths of the unknown. A tranquil world of mysteries and bubbles of plenty, underneath the surface of any body of water. If I spontaneously grow a tale you can find me deep below the big blue ocean swimming with the seals, wrapped up in a string of pearls and shells. Ahhhh Bliss.
I’d love to know what your favorite way to treat water, what is your favorite body of water?
Blessing to all you beautiful creatures.
